Our service fee is higher of either 3.3% of the property price + ¥66,000 or ¥330,000, only payable upon the successful contract signing. We do not charge any fees during our service, except for the occasions below:

• If travel is required based on the client’s request, travel expenses will be charged
• Earnest Money Deposit at contract signing, which will be applied as a down payment upon successful property transfer.

These fees are legally mandated in Japan and must be paid for any real estate transaction. In short, our service fees are the minimum required for the real estate transaction in Japan .
